Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the CRAReady platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform use

CRAReady grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your organisation's internal compliance purposes. You may not resell or sublicence access to the platform.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. By submitting data, you grant CRAReady the right to process it for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your compliance data.

4. Compliance information

CRAReady provides tools to assist with CRA compliance. The platform is not a substitute for legal advice. You remain responsible for ensuring your organisation meets all applicable legal obligations. CRAReady makes no warranty that use of the platform will result in regulatory compliance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary algorithms
  • Submit false vulnerability disclosures
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or other users

6. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRAReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a platform notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
